Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine cranberries, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix well.
Unroll pie crusts. Cut into desired shapes (squares, circles, etc.).
Spoon cranberry cream cheese mixture onto one half of each pastry shape.
Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These pastries are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
