  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option

Preparation Steps

  • Combine frozen watermelon chunks, lime juice, and honey in a food processor or high-powered blender.
  • Process until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water or more lime juice at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours for a firmer sorbet.

Notes

Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime if desired.
