Preparation Steps

  • Grate the cucumber and place it in a fine-mesh sieve to drain excess water.
  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This Tzatziki sauce is best served chilled. You can adjust the amount of garlic and dill to your liking.
