Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 15x10 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add Dr. Pepper, oil, and eggs; beat until smooth.
Gradually add boiling water, beating until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
While cake is still warm, combine butter and powdered sugar. Add Dr Pepper and mix until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
