  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 cup Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Taco Sauce

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread a thin layer of taco sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer lasagna noodles, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
