Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato until smooth. Add almond flour, egg, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Spread the sweet potato mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust, about 0.5 inch thick.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread with tomato sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
1 large sweet potato
Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
