  • 3 lbs sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Boil until tender.
  • Mash sweet potatoes with brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
