Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and onion in a bowl. Mix well.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Bake for 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
