  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup White vinegar
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup

Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dredge in flour.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
