Preparation Steps

  • Combine frozen strawberries, almond milk, and lime juice in a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and add sweetener if desired, blending again briefly.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours for a firmer texture. If frozen firm, let it soften for a few minutes before scooping.
