Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash and hull the strawberries. Slice them into halves or quarters.
In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the strawberries to release their juices.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
Serve immediately or chill for later.
