Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a trifle bowl or individual glasses.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Top with half of the sliced strawberries.
Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture and strawberries.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk in the cheesecake filling. You can also add a layer of whipped cream on top before serving.
