  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a trifle bowl or individual glasses.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat layers with remaining cheesecake mixture and strawberries.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk in the cheesecake filling. You can also add a layer of whipped cream on top before serving.
