  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and chop.
  • Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble.
  • Chop hard-boiled eggs.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. You can also add chopped celery or red onion for extra texture.
