  • 0.125 cup Dill Pickle Brine
  • 0.0625 cup Orange Liqueur Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 1 Jalapeno Slice For garnish, optional
  • 0.5 tsp Agave Nectar Or simple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1 Salt For rimming the glass
  • 1 Lime Wedge For garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Rim a margarita glass with salt. Fill the glass with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, dill pickle brine, orange liqueur, and agave nectar. Add a few ice cubes.
  • Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a jalapeno slice and a lime wedge, if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of agave nectar to your preferred sweetness. For extra spice, add a muddled jalapeno slice to the shaker.
