  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 loaf Round Sourdough Bread

Preparation Steps

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • While spaghetti cooks, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Once spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the butter mixture. Toss to combine.
  • Cut the top off the sourdough bread, creating a bowl. Scoop out some of the inside to create a thicker bowl.
  • Fill bread bowl with spaghetti mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bread is slightly crispy.
