Instructions
Preparation Steps
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker.
Pour chicken broth around the turkey breast.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes, green beans, or stuffing. You can also use the pan juices to make a gravy.
