  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker.
  • Pour chicken broth around the turkey breast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes, green beans, or stuffing. You can also use the pan juices to make a gravy.
