  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place ham in a slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, cloves, and Dijon mustard.
  • Pour glaze over ham. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until ham is heated through and tender.
  • Remove ham from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also add sliced pineapple to the slow cooker for extra flavor.
