Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and root beer.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the root beer mixture and vanilla ice cream.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use vanilla bean ice cream. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry before serving.
