Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion, and garlic over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbled; drain off any excess grease.
Stir in marinara sauce and heat through.
Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Arrange half of the ravioli over the sauce.
Spoon half of the remaining sauce mixture over the ravioli.
Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the sauce mixture.
Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sauce mixture, and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
