Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until well combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Add the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken and soup mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender. You can shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker or remove it to shred and then return it.
Serve hot over rice, noodles, or with vegetables.

This recipe is very versatile. You can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots to the slow cooker during the last hour of cooking.
