Preparation Steps
Season the cubed steak with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the cubed steak on all sides.
Add onion and green pepper; cook until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
