Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate peanut butter. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts before serving.
