  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 8 oz Reese's peanut butter cup Minis, chopped

Preparation Steps

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the brown sugar and peanut butter. Cook until the sugar dissolves, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • On low speed, gradually add the cooled brown sugar mixture to the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese's peanut butter cups.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy with your favorite dippers!

Notes

This dip is best served chilled. It can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
