  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips for melting

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
