Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, sliced peaches, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. This is your dressing.
Pour the dressing over the watermelon and peach mixture. Gently toss to coat.
Add the chopped fresh mint leaves and crumbled feta cheese. Toss lightly once more.
