  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste

Preparation Steps

  • In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency. Serve cold.
