Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
  • Add bratwurst to the skillet. Pour beer over the sausages.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the liquid has reduced.
