Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
Add bratwurst to the skillet. Pour beer over the sausages.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the liquid has reduced.
