Preparation Steps

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown chicken breast.
  • Add rice, broccoli, chicken broth, and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender and liquid is absorbed.
