Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until coarsely chopped.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, rolled oats, shredded coconut, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Ensure it's packed firmly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 bars.
