Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Top with sliced strawberries before serving.

Notes

This cheesecake is best served chilled. You can adjust the amount of sugar in the filling to your preference.
