Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
Notes
This cheesecake is best served chilled. You can adjust the amount of sugar in the filling to your preference.
