Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Stir-fry until cooked through.
  • Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
  • Stir until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
