Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the halved mini bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each bagel half.
Sprinkle each bagel half generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top with mini pepperoni slices, if using.
In a small bowl, mix together the dried oregano and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pizza bagel bites.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bagels are lightly toasted.
Let cool slightly before serving.
