  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips Crushed

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
