  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach, diced mango, sliced red onion, and diced avocado.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with toasted almonds just before serving.
