Preparation Steps
Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add the gnocchi to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
Stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
