Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Garnish with fresh berries or lemon slices before serving.
