Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread half of the refried beans in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer with half of the ground beef mixture and half of the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve with your favorite taco toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
