Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss potato wedges in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add potato wedges to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
