  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 ounce, undrained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and green bell pepper until the beef is no longer pink and vegetables are softened. Drain off any excess grease.

  • Stir in the diced tomatoes (undrained), cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Mix well.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
