  • 1 pound Andouille sausage
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 cup Chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in tomato paste and cayenne pepper. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add cooked pasta, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink and heated through.
