Preparation Steps
Place the eggs in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the eggs and transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
Peel and serve.
Notes
For easier peeling, use older eggs.
