  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a serving dish. Arrange a layer of chocolate wafers over the cream.
  • Continue layering whipped cream and wafers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the wafers to soften.
  • Slice and serve.
