Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a serving dish. Arrange a layer of chocolate wafers over the cream.
Continue layering whipped cream and wafers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the wafers to soften.
Slice and serve.
