  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder.
  • Add little smokies to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place little smokies in a single layer in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and the sauce is caramelized.

Notes

Serve warm as an appetizer or snack. Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
