Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon filet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the filets.
During the last 2 minutes of baking, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
