  • 4 filets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the honey glaze generously over each salmon filet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the filets.
  • During the last 2 minutes of baking, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
