Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be slightly caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
