  • 4 pound salmon fillets
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should be slightly caramelized.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
