Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  • Lightly grease the waffle iron. Ladle batter and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per waffle.
