  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation Steps

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
  • Add rice, chicken, pineapple, and ham. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until heated through.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and ham and add your favorite vegetables.
