  • 0.5 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
