Preparation Steps
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
