Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. If needed, gently roll it out a little thinner.

Layer the ham slices over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Then, layer the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham.

Starting from one long edge, carefully roll up the puff pastry tightly into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds. Place the rounds cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the pastry bites with the beaten egg wash.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
Let cool slightly before serving.
