  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chili powder

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in enchilada sauce, onion, and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot. Garnish with sour cream, avocado, or cilantro, if desired.
